Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our mobile detailing services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Service Agreement:
1.1. We, Clayhippo Detailing, provide mobile detailing services for vehicles, including cars, trucks, marine vessels, aircraft, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles (RVs).
1.2. Our services include interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, detailing, and other related services as agreed upon with the customer.
Booking and Appointment:
2.1. To schedule an appointment, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including the vehicle type, location, and preferred date and time.
2.2. We will make every effort to accommodate the preferred appointment time, but availability is subject to scheduling limitations.
2.3. The appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us via email, text, or phone call.
Pricing and Payment:
3.1. Pricing for our services will be communicated to the customer before the appointment.
3.2. Prices may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle and the specific services requested.
3.3. Payment is due upon completion of the services, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards via online payment or other agreed-upon payment methods.
3.4. In the event of additional services requested by the customer during the appointment, the customer agrees to pay for those additional services accordingly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
4.1. Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer in advance.
Customer's Responsibilities:
5.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and ready for our services at the agreed-upon location and time.
5.2. The customer must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and any items of sentimental or monetary value from the vehicle before our arrival.
5.3. The customer acknowledges that we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Liability and Limitations:
6.1. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
6.2. We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that was pre-existing or caused by factors beyond our control.
6.3. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
Privacy and Data Protection:
7.1. We will collect and store personal information necessary for providing our services. We will handle customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with federal and provincial law.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Halifax Regional Municipality.
Amendments and Modifications:
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or notifying the customer directly.
